We are currently hiring an Associate Director Institutional Sales – Business Manager The purpose of the role is to support COO priorities including headcount planning, cost management and scorecard updates; ensure data integrity and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead the Institutional Sales execution plan globally, aligning business development priorities with regional and product strategies. Build, track and refine sales plans with product and coverage partners; ensure delivery against defined milestones and KPIs. Translate market, client and internal insights into prioritised actions that strengthen our market position and pipeline conversion Act as a central coordination point across CIB coverage, WPB, Securities Services and the wider HSBC network to unlock multi‑product opportunities. Partner with product owners on the client agenda, product development initiatives and strategic technology investments, ensuring strong commercial outcomes. Champion cross‑sell by proactively identifying opportunities and connecting clients with HSBC specialists and solutions. Equip sales teams with actionable analytics, call‑to‑action pipelines and performance dashboards that drive accountability and growth Work closely with Client Intelligence team to build, maintain and enhance client intelligence and reporting, integrating internal data with external benchmarks to surface sector/region/product‑level opportunities.
