Winder Operator To be responsible for the work carried out in the core cutter and core cutting areas including core loading and high standard of housekeeping To assist with the operation of all 3 winders To operate the auto packing area (Trancel), the conveyor system and the auto flight system To follow the appropriate procedures identified during training and specified by management To communicate clearly and in a timely manner with colleagues and managers, being an active and constructive member of the team To complete the specified check lists and reports as required Assist with training and developing others as required Maintain a high standard of housekeeping Participation in training plans to acquire the ability to step up and act as Winder Op if required Prepare dry-end of paper machine during paper break Assist on paper machine as required.
