This role focuses exclusively on internal corporate spend categories such as finance, facilities management, travel, IT, HR services, marketing, and professional services. This role will be based in UK and support International hubs. You’ll be responsible for: Managing supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance and accurate data verification. Conducting online assessments and respond to supplier queries promptly. Monitoring and update MDP project data and compliance checks. Supporting internal teams with onboarding and MDP-related queries. Overseeing MDP supplier checks, including financial and H&S compliance. Performing quarterly performance ratings and follow up on outstanding items. Maintaining records for social value reporting and responsible business initiatives. Providing guidance and support for onboarding and MDP processes. You’ll need to have: Proven experience in administrative support within a supply chain or consulting environment. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. Familiarity with SCM processes and compliance regulations is advantageous.
