What you will do: The primary responsibility of the BMS Technician is to work on the installation, repair, calibration, and maintenance of building automation systems such as HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. Moreover, he will be working on the installation and maintenance of monitoring and control of other building systems such us Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, Lighting, CCTV, Security and Access. The incumbent will constantly be working together with Senior Building Automation Maintenance Technicians, and Engineers for successful maintenance of after sales projects and perform installation on upgrade and expansion. How will you do it: Responsible for the repair, calibration, & maintenance of automation systems for HVAC Solutions, CCTV, Access Controls, Securities & Fire System Solutions Use of different measuring instrument: temperature, pressure, humidity, voltage, current and other physical quantities. Interpret technical drawings and schematic diagram Performs minor AC and plumbing mechanical repairs Assist other Maintenance team member when required Can verify the operation of the system the BMS Workstation Can act as BMS Operator What we look for: Graduate of Electrical or Electronics technician/vocational course Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Internet Browser Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical system excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good in testing instruments and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Effective communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of safe work practices Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
