What You’ll Do The Assistant Nurse Manager works in close collaboration with the Medical Services Director to: Support clinical, operational, and financial goals Direct and evaluate patient care delivery Recommend, develop, and implement policies and improvement initiatives Supervise and coach nursing staff and related care team members You’ll play a critical role in leadership visibility, staff engagement, and patient experience. Additional Job Description Qualifications Experience: Minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse Acute care experience and leadership exposure strongly preferred Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license with the South Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact state) Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (required) Why MUSC?
