As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will work closely with the Branch Executive to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the West Family Branch. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, team management, human resources tasks, and customer service while fostering a positive environment for members and team members. This role involves both leadership and administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on program delivery and HR functions.
