About Samsung KX Samsung KX is a one of a kind, impressive European Flagship situated in Kings Cross, London. It was launched, in collaboration with Stellar Global, in 2019. It serves a unique purpose, giving consumers the ultimate immersive brand experience, allowing them to discover products in ways never seen before. Samsung KX serves to be a community hub in the heart of the city and a place which  breaks the traditional brick and mortar approach to retail. This is through our unique ways of creating memories and stories for the consumers to experience their own bespoke journey through the space. Overall purpose of the role As an Experience Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the Experience and Service Manager. Your primary focus is to support them in delivering the brand’s innovative vision every day, ensuring an exceptional standard of customer service across this multi-discipline retail environment. You will assist in a variety of operational and people-focused responsibilities, including scheduling, HR processes, KPI performance, staff reviews, development plans, and more. As part of the leadership team, you will work closely with Experience Team Leads to deliver departmental KPIs. You must be a strong problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can adapt effectively as the business evolves. Working collaboratively with internal Samsung departments and wider teams, you will ensure seamless communication, operational excellence, and lead by example. You will strive to bring out the best in your team, demonstrating humility, maturity, fairness, consistency, and strong support for your colleagues. \n Key Accountabilities: * Leading exceptional service & teamwork , consistently generate a positive experience for all customers and staff , inspire the team and wider business through your passion and belief in the Stellar and Samsung brand values, use the service observations, 1-2-1s and training tools available to develop service across the team and follow up with action plans for any performances * Operational excellence such as supporting the control and accountability of team KPIs, supporting HR control & processes, supporting team planning, working with the operations/technical team etc * Supporting all Samsung projects – from events, Click & Collect, to sales and clienteling focuses * Clear & consistent communication with staff daily on business goals, key performance indicators, results, product sales and other relevant information, rota and holiday planning for the team and to act as a role model * Strategic planning, like commerciality, to plan, organise, prioritise and distribute tasks, optimising resources and minimising costs * Work closely with the Training Team to deliver store goals and service excellence * Take ownership of store clienteling and ensure the team follows up on sales leads and customer queries  * People management & development, including to recruit, train and upskill to ensure seamless integration of new employees, support in regular reviews, 1-2-1s and coaching conversations with the management and team * Embrace Stellar Global values: Work Smart, Own It, Stay Curious and Be Can Do Personal Specification (knowledge/experience): * Nimble and able to adapt to change quickly and effectively * Confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive situations and HR challenges  * Open to learn and improve own performance and inspire others to want the same * Make commitments and decisions on available information, even under stressful and changing conditions * Being able to demonstrate honesty and willing to listen to peers' views to ensure Samsung KX creates a safe and inclusive environment for all  * A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions * A true advocate for the brand, able to understand and define every customer’s specific needs and interests, and encourage them to be excited about the potential the brand’s products can offer in their lives - embedding a tangible sense of loyalty in every interaction What do we offer: * Competitive salary * Full-time role, 37.5 hrs per week * Entitled to the Management Tiered bonus scheme * Permanent role ( 3 months probation period) * Samsung work phone/laptop * Discount at Samsung staff portal * Health cash plan via Medicash (Medicash is a health cash plan that allows you to claim back money spent on private appointments such as dental and optical treatments or diagnostic tests.
