Be a role model to the next generation of women and non binary people in tech! This is a very unique role that requires someone who is highly supportive and adaptable. You will be supporting a lead coach in a group environment by coaching candidates to help them in their next stages of their tech journey and career. Coaching will focus on interview technique, interpersonal skills and professional technical skills. Support and guidance will be given by CFG and dates of sessions will be agreed in advance. Training is included and is expected to be completed as part of the role. *Please note that these applications are to join our interview coaching pool for the dates set out below. If you are successful in application and interview, you will be added to our interview coaching pool. Due to the volume of applications we receive we are not able to contact all applicants* PAY: £30 per hour DATES: November 2025-December 2026. Specific session dates will be confirmed. ROLE TYPE: Freelance Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Assisting and supporting the lead coach to support successful outcomes Communicate with CFG when required Supporting candidates in large group sessions, in a virtual environment Giving supportive and actionable feedback to candidates Taking accurate attendance and providing appropriate feedback to CFG Taking initiative when needed and representing the CFG brand with professionalism and integrity Effective communication with CFG via designated communication channels Engagement with and completion of all training materials Adhere to all CFG policies and Code of Conduct Requirements, skills and attributes: Proven track record of coaching and/ or helping people with successful outcomes Adaptable, creative and insightful Have a strong passion for tech A clear interest and understanding of the significance of diversifying the tech industry Attend, complete and engage in all training sessions agreed Strong desire to help others is essential Time commitment:You will be responsible for your own time and availability. Provide availability two-three weeks in advance (details will follow). Evenings and afternoons are popular as this allows both coaches and candidates to attend, whilst also fulfilling other work and personal commitments. All coaching sessions between coaches and candidates are currently held remotely, through an online platform. Based on your availability, you are required to coach a minimum amount of sessions which will be discussed with you. Application and Interview process: Complete Hireflix video Interview Interview process: 30-45 mins - invitation via email Formal interview over G-meet or in person, with members of the Education team at CFG, split into three parts: Part one: One competency based question Part two: Live demonstration- you will be tasked with providing feedback to a candidate based on a live competency based answer (a member of the interview panel will be in role as the candidate). There will be questions from the candidate to simulate a live coaching environment. We will be looking to see how you adapt, respond and support candidates effectively Part three: Q&A
