MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Assisting the Senior Management team to develop department Strategy and drive Sales through team KPI’s Support the Department Manager with Floor operations and results, HR matters, lead a team of 15+ Sales associates and follow their development in place via monthly 121s Accountable to suggest commercial improvements across the department Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store Next line Manager after senior team to carry store responsibilities such open/close, store emergency evacuation and any others duties required by the management team.
