Job DescriptionYour responsibilities day to day will be… Preparation of detailed overhead performance analysis for the group’s central functions with supporting commentaryBalance Sheet accounting, including producing comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations Ownership of the UK Velos process & PAYE Settlement Agreement submission; including correct P&L allocation; utilisation of Klippa to audit expenses and full creditors reconciliationContinuous improvement of systems and processes to ensure strong controls and efficienciesIntroduction to business partnering with non-finance colleagues to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of cost drivers within your remitAssist the Head of Finance with the group overheads 5-year strategic planAssist with audits, corporate tax returns and statutory account queries Proactively engage with projects as and when required, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the businessQualificationsExperience / qualifications required:Excel skills – including experience of creating and using Pivot Tables and V-Look UpStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience of fostering strong working relationships within the finance team and across the organisation.Strong academic background particularly mathematicsAbility to achieve deadlinesDesire to learn and progress in a Finance careerAttention to detailAbility to adapt to a fast-growing business environmentDesirable experience:Experience of Sage or similar accounting systemExperience of management accounting, P&L and balance sheet reconciliationsStrong technical accounting skills Additional InformationWhat can you expect from Radius?
