What You Will Do Collaborate with your team to manufacture components in line with the production plan, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer expectations. Follow all site and group Environment, Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times. Apply all training received and actively support the site’s safety culture by identifying and reporting hazards or unsafe practices. What We Look For Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team. Strong commitment to achieving results and delivering excellent service to internal customers. Key traits: integrity, trust, action-oriented, and a team player. No direct reports, but the ability to influence and inspire others as we continuously improve product quality. Desirable: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above).
