Full time and Part time positions available. Qualifications: PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED- Have prior military / law enforcement experience. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent Must be either a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction Must NOT have been convicted of, or pled guilty or nolo contendere to, a criminal offense in any state, territory, district of the United States or foreign country, that would exclude you from obtaining/maintaining a Security Guard License. Be able to speak and write in the English language with clarity and proper grammar and spelling Have a clean Driving Record. DRIVER HISTORY as condition of employment MUST* currently hold a “VALID” Washington Guard Card and Exposed Firearm permit. If Taser certified, must submit proof of training. * Responsibilities: Conduct patrols and investigation of client property by assigned patrol vehicle or foot patrol. Respond safely to client alarm activations, calls for service, escorts etc. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security Warn violators of premise rules and regulations Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts Report any facility issues such as fire hazards, water hazards or any maintenance concerns Be able to write concise and accurate reports with proper spelling and grammar.
