With over 80 years of innovation, we’re dedicated to enabling scientific breakthroughs through pure water solutions that power research and discovery worldwide.Are you looking to take the next step in your career by joining a successful and sustainable growing global company with the most innovative portfolio into the market place?Are you passionate about Ecological Transformation and being a part of making a change to the planet and world around us?If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role within the Water Technologies - Science & Healthcare sales team. Your mission;Drive regional sales growth plan while providing Water Technologies Science and Healthcare Teams with valuable Market Insights and Product feedbackDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for each business unit to consistently exceed Targets Sales metric driven (KPIs) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, developing lead generation as well as focusing on key accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.Collaborate with all company stakeholders  to set ambitious growth targets and implement high-impact strategies How will you do this?Engage and influence clients at all levels, building strong, long-term relationshipsCraft compelling business proposals, sales plans, and contracts in collaboration with Water Technologies - S&H teamsLead and develop regular customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term successStay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and identifying new growth opportunitiesQualificationsWhat you will bring;Understanding of laboratory instrumentation workflows and key driversProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce would be an advantage)Knowledge of business metrics, typically bookings, revenue and marginsProven experience in sales forecastingStrong balance of sales hunting and account management skillsTrack record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthExperience managing third-party channels and global accountsPresentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExpertise in strategic sales planning and business developmentExperience working in international marketsStrong communication skills to drive collaboration across regional and national teamsAbility to secure and manage high-value international deals Skills and Experience;Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field or sales (Master’s / MBA preferred)Extensive sales experience in the scientific / lab equipment industry (up to 8 years)Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.Proficient in Google SuiteBusiness-conscious and commercially astuteFluent in English, with additional European languages being a plusAdditional InformationWhat’s next?If you feel this role is suited for you, click on the “Apply” button.
