Job Description What is the opportunity? You will provide support to all participants in the day-to-day administration of an assigned group of Borrower Names and their related credit facilities, loan drawings and fee and interest schedules What will you do? Operationalize the credit agreement by establishing and set up facilities, fee schedules and loan ACBS. Process transactions in ACBS upon requests from assigned Borrowers or their Agents for advances, rollovers, conversions or repayments; ensure notice and limit requirements are met, rates are set and payments are made in accordance with the relevant Credit Agreement and Electronic Transaction Request Process/reconcile interest and fee transactions in ACBS as required by the Credit Agreement Input or verify information in payment systems (BESS, RFT, RIMMS), as required for payments which cannot be processed through ACBS. Act as a backup to other Analysts on the team Acts as verification officer for all ACBS/CID two touch transactions. Ensure Chase, Nostro, Internal Accounts and Adjustment Suspense is actioned daily and there are no aged items without documented explanation. OMS comments must be added/updated daily without prompting. Action eTRs daily, ensuring accurate credit records. Identify gaps in GLA processes and provide detailed recommendations to the Manager for consideration; assist with the implementation of process changes. What you need to succeed? Undergraduate Degree with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of lending products, rate-setting methods and payment methods Proficiency in Excel, Word and ACBS Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines Strong time management and organizational skills; Excellent attention to detail, judgment, flexibility and dependability. Ability to respond effectively to requests from participants especially for accommodations which fall outside the parameters of the Credit Agreement Excellent written and oral communication skills What’s in it for you?
