A successful Café Manager has strong communication skills, is attentive to details, and always leads by example. The ideal candidate for this role is a hands-on leader dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive work environment. The Café Manager must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and at times, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
