We are currently looking for an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Administrator to join our team. What you will do In this full-time, 100% office-based role, you will perform administrative duties and will work in our Alarm Monitoring Centre in Silverwood Business Park, Craigavon, BT66 6SY. How you will do it The main duties will include but not limited to the below across both AIM & Envision: Updating Keyholder information. Processing communicator orders for installers. Processing cancellation of communicators. Setting up of new records. Report generation. Commissioning of systems. Handling customer queries. Quality checking. Updating on call rotas. Managing and maintaining Engineer dispatch services. Footage requests. Alarm schedule maintenance. Connection checks.
