En tant qu’Airport Manager, vous serez non seulement l’ambassadeur au quotidien de nos valeurs, mais également le leader qui inspire une équipe engagée, le garant de l’excellence client et le moteur de la performance de notre agence de Nice Aéroport. Vos missions principales : Booster les performances opérationnelles et financières de l’agence, en accord avec les objectifs et la stratégie réseau. Animer et fédérer vos équipes, développer leurs compétences et insuffler une dynamique collective autour des KPIs clés (CA, VA, TU, FNR…). Suivre et optimiser les process : audits, plans d’actions, conformité réglementaire, amélioration continue. Garantir une organisation fluide et un parcours client exemplaire, pour maximiser la satisfaction et la qualité de service. Piloter la flotte de véhicules pour les deux marques du Groupe : disponibilité, qualité, gestion des dommages, facturation… Assurer une gestion rigoureuse des moyens mis à disposition : infrastructures, équipements, achats, caisse. Collaborer avec les fonctions support (maintenance, RH, sécurité, pricing, flotte …) et contribuer activement aux projets transverses : partenariats, appels d’offres, sous-traitants, optimisation du parcours client. Car rental will see the light a few years later, across the Atlantic, but its development will be stopped by the first and then by the Second World Wars. In the aftermath of the war, a Parisian entrepreneur revived the idea: “If you can’t afford to buy a car, why not rent one when you need it?”. His name was Raoul-Louis Mattei and in 1949, he created "L'Abonnement Automobile": a company that would later become the Compagnie Internationale Europcars, then Europcar. Its headquarters, located 11 rue du Champ de Mars also included a rental agency. The company's success was rapid, as car rental responded to a real need. In 1951, l’Abonnement Automobile was the first company for car rental without a driver and its fleet counted 750 4 CV.
