Objectif principal: Assurer la conception, l’administration et l’optimisation des bases de données critiques pour une plateforme d’Intelligence Artificielle, garantissant performance, sécurité, disponibilité et intégration fluide avec les composants IA (Machine Learning, NLP, MLOps). Missions clés: Conception & Architecture Définir et mettre en œuvre des architectures de bases de données adaptées aux flux massifs de données IA (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, NoSQL). Participer à la modélisation des données pour les pipelines IA (ETL/ELT, ingestion, préparation). Administration & Optimisation Gérer les SGBD (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) et assurer leur haute disponibilité. Optimiser les performances (tuning, partitionnement, indexation) pour des environnements critiques et temps réel. Sécurité & Conformité Mettre en place des politiques de sécurité (cryptage, contrôle d’accès) conformes RGPD et ISO 27001. Superviser les plans de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre (RMAN, réplication). Intégration IA & Automatisation Collaborer avec les équipes Data Science pour fournir des datasets fiables aux modèles IA. Automatiser les tâches via scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) et orchestrateurs (Kubernetes, Docker). Expérience souhaitée Explorer les solutions Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) et les outils MLOps pour améliorer la scalabilité. Participer à des projets d’optimisation des workflows IA et à la mise en place de plateformes hybrides. Connaissance des Bases de données vectorielles Compétences techniques requises Bases de données : Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Cloud & Big Data : Azure, AWS, Hadoop, Spark. Langages & Automatisation : Python, Shell, PowerShell. Librairies : pandas, numpy, scikitlearn, tensorflow, jupyter notebook Outils IA & MLOps : Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, Kubernetes, Kubeflow.
