This is where you come in. The opportunity ✨ We are seeking an experienced professional to drive AI capability and fluency across our organisation. This role is focused on enabling colleagues to understand, adopt, and use AI tools effectively as part of their day-to-day work. You will work closely with the Talent Development Team and our Tech, Data and AI Domain to develop learning programmes, content, and value-based initiatives that build AI confidence and capability across all teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys translating emerging AI technologies into practical capability building solutions, supporting a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. This is a practical, high-impact role for someone ready to enable AI fluency across the organisation. You will play a key part in equipping colleagues with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to adopt AI effectively, supporting the business’s ongoing transformation and innovation efforts. This role is based out of our London office, with frequent travel to Crawley (home of British Airways Holidays), as well as occasional trips to our Madrid and Birchwood bases. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means that colleagues are required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. As a hands on, teams facing role you will often flex beyond those two days in order to best support teams across both Loyalty and Holidays. What you’ll get up to 🌠 AI Learning & Adoption Design, develop, and deliver AI learning experiences for colleagues across the organisation, and at all levels. Support leaders on reimagining processes within their workflows to be AI first and building the capability to self- serve- all with a focus on driving value. Develop practical guidance, toolkits, and content to help colleagues apply AI technologies effectively. Monitor uptake and engagement, using data and feedback to improve learning interventions. Collaboration & Integration Work closely with Talent Development to align AI initiatives with broader talent development and learning strategies. Partner with the wider People and Communications Domain to ensure AI learning is integrated into everything that we do. Stay informed on AI trends, tools, and best practices, sharing insights and practical guidance across the business. Measurement & Improvement Track progress and impact of AI learning initiatives, reporting insights to relevant stakeholders. Identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences and address gaps in AI skills and confidence, supporting our progress through the maturity framework. What we need from you 💡 Essential Previous experience with AI tools, generative AI, or data literacy initiatives in a workplace context. Experience in learning design, colleague enablement, or capability building, with strong exposure to AI tools and emerging technologies. Strong understanding of how to translate technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content. Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences. Highly organised, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and track outcomes. Keen interest in staying up to date with AI trends, ethics, and workplace adoption practices Solid experience of working in Agile organisations, well-versed in agile practices and mindset. Desirable Knowledge of learning principles and digital learning platforms. You have a bias for more head down AI technical knowledge- this is a people and capability building role rather than being about technical specialism. You only want to focus on your to-do list; we’re a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed.
