We’re now seeking a driven and customer-focused Aftersales Account Manager to support our growing Aftermarket Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing Owning the entire software renewal and service contract process within your territory. Generating new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and referrals. Building strong customer relationships and understanding their ongoing needs. Promoting ZEISS aftermarket software, training, accessories and retrofit solutions. Negotiating pricing and contracts confidently and professionally. Working closely with our technical and commercial teams to support customer success. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with full CRM accountability. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, proactive and confident generating your own leads Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy pipeline Experience in Aftersales or renewals (desirable) Interest in technology or engineering-related products (advantageous) Salesforce experience would be desirable Why Join ZEISS?
