What will your responsibilities be? As an Adult Social Worker in the Hospital Team, you will use your professional judgment and authority to intervene with individuals, families, and communities to promote independence, provide support, and prevent harm, neglect, and abuse. You will assess the implications of change on people’s lives and proactively advocate for personalisation, ensuring that individuals have choice and control over their own support needs.
