About the Role You’ll work closely with the Volunteer Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Co-ordinators to support all aspects of volunteer recruitment and retention. This is a varied role where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key. What You’ll Do Attend relevant study and departmental meetings Prepare screening checklists based on clinical protocols and consent forms Set up and maintain volunteer details in our database Communicate directly with volunteers via phone and face-to-face Run database searches to identify suitable volunteers for trials Archive study documentation and perform quality control checks Provide general administrative support to the team What We’re Looking For Previous experience in administration and office environments Strong database management skills with high accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks .
