  Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Administrator to join our team supporting the BT contract at our Lutterworth site.   In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Stock & Systems Manager, providing essential administrative support, preparing reports and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Access to GXO University – home to a wealth of online training courses, meaning your development never ends!     What you’ll do on a typical day:   Operate the DLX Warehouse Management System to support stock administration Compile and distribute operational reports for Team Leaders and Managers Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and reconciliation errors Prepare monthly KPI packs and customer review documentation Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations   What you need to succeed at GXO:   Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), along with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience using WMS systems, ideally DLX in a warehouse or office environment Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment   We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.  GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
