Job Purpose We are hiring for a newly established role that will report to the Northern Europe Regional Indirect Procurement Manager based in France. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a new and growing regional team within the expansion of the Group Indirect Procurement Department on a worldwide basis. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Indirect Procurement roadmap across French Recordati sites. You will manage the adoption of the Procurement culture in the area and ensure operational excellence in indirect procurement - overseeing a spend of approximately 50M€ across all indirect categories such as Consulting, Marketing, Logistics, General Services, R&DKey Responsibilities · Analyzing spending & contracts to identify priorities · Managing the Indirect spending and footprint to lead cost reduction and efficacy in services delivery and quality · Contributing to the decision-making process by logically presenting ideas to decision makers, being a strong logic thinker, using information to accurately make timely decisions. · Defines the FR procurement strategy and standards ; leads selection of suppliers in accordance with the Regional Manager · Working with the stakeholders to identify spend areas and organize buying processes with the goal of identifying savings and/or to ensure the business continuity · Supports the fostering of procurement culture implementation and tools.Required Education · BAC+5 (Master II in Procurement/Purchasing/Business, Engineering Degree) Required Skills and Experience Required Skills and Experience · Attitude towards stakeholder management · Analytical skills and Tender management experience · At least 5 years of Indirect Procurement experience Preferred Experience International and multi-sites context Pharma Market Technical Competencies · SAP knowledge · E-procurement platform experience · MS office (Excel and PowerPoint as a must)Required Behaviours and Competencies · Ability to work with cross-functional team within the organization with significant communication and relational skills · Be flexible, proactive and able to manage simultaneously different activities within a dynamic and fast-paced context · Good organizational and priority handling skillsRequired Languages French (fluent) and English (Fluent) - Italian as a plus.
