You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, reconciling supplier statements, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with firm policies and supporting the smooth operation of financial processes. Essential Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role (law firm experience preferred but not essential). Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Chrome River; familiarity with 3E is a plus. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Core Competencies Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. Technology Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Comfortable working with invoice approval systems and banking platforms (HSBC, NatWest, RBS Bankline).
