Accounts Payable Automation Specialist Location: Manchester Hybrid Working Policy Today Lonza is a global leader in life sciences. Role Purpose: We are looking to recruit an experienced AP Automation Analyst to work in a shared service centre in Manchester within the Processing team as part of a larger Accounts Payable function. Reporting into an Accounts Payable Team Lead you will be responsible for supporting with the incoming invoices submission system, participating in testing for new processes and will be a key team member of the processing team . Accounts Payable experience along with SAP experience is essential. Key responsibilities: Timely answering queries on the Invoicetrack system; Manage access to IVT system. Timely and accurate answering of Accounts Payable-related queries; Assisting the team lead in achieving the target automation percentage; Establish effective working relationships with both internal departments and vendors; Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices; Work with team leader/OE on process improvements Collaborate with colleagues from NOAM and APAC with the same role Key requirements: Proven experience in AP processes.
