Challenger passion. Network agility Job Purpose The 10 Group is looking to hire an Account Manager with a background in social media. Working across a range of B2B and B2C brands, this hire will play a central role in our fast-paced, highly creative integrated marketing and communications agency in Marylebone, London. The role will see the candidate managing client relations, projects and campaigns. The role will require experience and understanding of social media but is more focussed on account management than social media management. In the last 12 months 10 has added additional services to their capabilities – specifically within the digital and performance marketing space. We are looking to bring on confident account handlers who are able to speak the language of social and performance with clients delivering across a broad range of clients in both B2C and B2B sectors – primarily within B2B. Key Deliverables & Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors as the primary action driver of these accounts, working alongside an account director as primary support. Work alongside social media and content executives and directors to deliver successful social campaigns across both organic and paid remits. Manage workflows through design, production and content creation. You’ll need to be a confident briefer, be able to critically review creative and manage delivery process based on deliverable specifications and timelines. Maintain client relationships through clear and considerate communication – understanding how and when to manage up and keeping internal stakeholders up to date. Develop content calendars, social copy LinkedIn articles and posts – strong writing skills are a must! Brainstorm ideas, social-first angles and content ideas for proactive and reactive campaigns Support on research, campaign planning, competitor analysis and social media strategy development Be in regular contact with influencers and agents across a number of verticals Manage multiple accounts and liaise with clients to deliver the highest quality outputs Have an ability to work calmly under pressure in a close-knit team with a focus on maintaining attention to detail – acting as the brief guardian and the voice of the client internally. Excellent, timely and diligent note-taking, updates and reports that are shared with clients in a proactive fashion Assist with client presentations and reviews Allocation of Time This role is 4 days in the office/1 day working from home with some time required at external shoots Skills Managing multiple accounts and client requirements Strong organisational skills are required Existing influencer relationships and willingness to build relationships with influencers and agents Knowledge of various social media platforms and the fast evolving social media landscape Client servicing experience, including daily comms and reporting Strong internal and external reporting process Excellent and enthusiastic collaborator who brings energy, enthusiasm and creativity to both client and internal relations Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a similar agency
