Purpose of the Job The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the professional delivery of services to specification, on time, and within agreed standards. The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional client service through effective project management, clear communication, and consistent product delivery. It requires maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring that solutions are aligned with client needs and business objectives. The Account Manager takes ownership of briefs from initiation to completion, negotiating costings and timescales, selecting appropriate suppliers, and driving efficiencies while upholding company policies and service levels. Key Responsibilities Manage client briefs from specification to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Provide technical input on print/POS projects and suggest innovative solutions where appropriate Produce and communicate detailed specifications to internal teams and suppliers Monitor projects to ensure on-time delivery, accurate recording, and high levels of customer service Collaborate across departments to deliver contractual requirements, reporting, and presentations Implement new methods and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement Attend client and supplier meetings, including press passing when required Partner with the Account Director to identify new business opportunities and maximize profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and key business objectives Measure customer satisfaction and oversee invoicing procedures to maintain service excellence Knowledge, Skills + Experience Proven account management and project management experience, working to strict SLAs and KPIs Technical print knowledge, including POS, digital/print marketing, and press passing is preferred Skilled in advising clients on campaign solutions and liaising directly with stakeholders Commercially aware and numerate, with experience managing budgets and driving efficiencies Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and prioritisation Professional, courteous, and calm under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills Process-driven with a project management mindset and focus on business development Experienced in troubleshooting project issues and implementing preventative measures Confident in meetings, approachable, and able to build strong client relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint is essential Fluency in English and French is essential. #LI-EB1 #LI-Hybrid We thank all applicants for their interest in a career with us.
