About the role LexisNexis is looking for a strategic and proactive Account Manager to manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to deliver value and expand LexisNexis’ footprint within your portfolio. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, achieving high renewal rates. Build strong executive relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Conduct business reviews, present solutions, and demonstrate product value. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records (Salesforce/GONG). Travel across Europe as required. Requirements Strong client-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in consultative sales and managing complex, high-value accounts. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing accounts. Resilient, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and GONG. Fluent in French, English, and Dutch. Bachelor’s degree preferred (or significant relevant experience).
