Our mission is to continually improve these offerings as well as identifying new ways to support our community of doctors throughout their career.Job DescriptionOverviewTo proactively build and maintain customer relationships, by delivering highly successful campaigns and therefore maximising revenue streams for M3(EU).  You will be the link between the customer and the Company.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain excellent customer relationships through regular close contact, including face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communicationManage a portfolio of customers in conjunction with the senior sales leads, gaining an in-depth understanding of their business issues and how M3 can help address themMaintain a detailed understanding of your account portfolioWork closely with internal teams to ensure that the Customer is receiving the highest level of service and excellent delivery of campaignsActively discuss opportunities within the team to increase the services offered to your portfolio, increasing the revenue generated from itGather, monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing detailed and useful and meaningful information back to the customerResponsible for generating awareness within clients, of developing capabilities of M3Responsible for representing M3 as a delegate at relevant exhibitions, conferences etcQualificationsIdeal CandidateProven ability of building strong client relationships and surpassing expectationsExperience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple customersExperience in managing campaigns, co-ordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines to achieve objectivesAdditional InformationAbout M3 EU:M3 EU is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, offering digital solutions across healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and more.
