If you want to help shape the future of the sports industry, then we want to hear from you.    YOUR NEW JOB…    Responsible for the management and activation of core client sports partnerships and consultancy projects including EA SPORTS FC.     Reporting into a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the partner’s rights and their activation programme, including;     Client and partner relationship management   Partnership rights and brand campaign planning   Generating and presenting creative activation ideas   Managing the planning and delivery of events, plus player and talent appearances on behalf of clients  Working closely with the client on content creation, marketing assets and partnership materials, and liaising with third party suppliers   Working closely with the client, partners and internal colleagues on campaign material approvals  Project management of campaign delivery and adherence to relevant deadlines  Arranging and attending activation events / trips   Managing client partnership inventory   Leading weekly status calls / meetings and responsible for regular client reporting   Coordinating and creating season-long reports and activation debriefs on behalf of client   Managing activation budgets and invoicing processes   Management of account executives when required within team structure   Assist with new business proposals when required, Supporting on brand-led consultancy processes to identify partnerships opportunities through research and brand client management     WHAT YOU’LL BRING…    Possess strong account management / partnership activation knowledge and experience with rightsholders   Have an interest in gaming and esports  Experience of talent / brand ambassador organisation and management   Have a real passion and knowledge for sport, with a good understanding of the global sporting landscape   Excellent written, verbal and face to face communication skills   Flawless attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude   Strong organisational, planning and time management skills and abilities, with a keen ability to manage multiple client tasks and requirements in a fast-paced environment  Budgetary and invoicing knowledge and experience  Presentational skills – creating and presenting   Strong IT / Systems Skills - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)   Experience working with online project management tools  Analytical mindset to review campaign performance and shape future recommendations   Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually   Available for client-related travel when required    Don’t fit all the criteria?
