The Role

At Minga, our Account Executives are at the heart of our growth; connecting with schools, understanding their needs, and showing how Minga can transform the way they manage student life and engagement.
As an Account Executive, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to our sales efforts. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from engaging new leads and running tailored product demos to managing complex buying journeys and closing deals.
You’ll focus on helping schools see the value of Minga quickly and clearly, whether that’s through data-driven storytelling, customized demos, or seamless handoffs to our Customer Success team. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates across Sales, Marketing, CX, and RevOps to ensure every conversation is impactful and every deal runs smoothly.
You’ll thrive here if you’re a proactive communicator, love building relationships, and are energized by helping schools solve real problems with a product that truly makes a difference.
