Success in this role directly impacts revenue growth and market expansion within a competitive vertical. \n Accountabilities Own a targeted list of prospects and aggressively drive net-new enterprise business within the insurance sector. Build strong pipelines through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and market research. Conduct high-quality discovery sessions to identify operational and customer experience pain points. Lead complex, multi-stage sales cycles involving stakeholders across CX, contact center operations, and C-suite. Present and position digital solutions to demonstrate measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, engagement, and cost reduction. Partner internally to design value-driven solutions, deliver demos, ROI models, and executive presentations. Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and CRM discipline in line with sales standards. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform strategy. Requirements 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS and/or CCaaS sales experience, with a strong track record in net-new logo acquisition. Proven experience selling to enterprise customers, ideally within the insurance vertical. Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of CX, AI, automation, cloud platforms, contact center operations, and digital engagement solutions. Consultative selling and value-based presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ROI and business impact. Self-motivated hunter mentality with a proactive approach and ability to work independently. Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
