StarChapter is a member friendly association management software (AMS) that combines event registration, membership management, website design, email communication, and eCommerce solutions. We are a SaaS company, helping association chapters and AMCs increase membership rates, attendance at events, and revenues for years to come, even when the board changes. We have StarChapter Project Managers who help set up the service and routinely train board members or paid admins who manage nonprofit organizations. Primary Responsibilities: Drives sales volume via outbound efforts, lead generation, converting inbound leads and consulting prospects on the right solution(s) to meet their needs Initiates sales activity and manages the sales cycle from start to finish, including initial discovery and qualification, demonstrating core products, providing timely proposals and recommended solutions and closing deals Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota targets Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience, SaaS experience preferred, with a proven track record of performance Technical aptitude; strong understanding of SaaS, web technologies, experience operating with a CRM system and outreach tools Proficient written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills - Sales work requires that you communicate with prospects, teammates, and clients frequently via phone, email, video-conference, and in-person.
