We’re looking for our next Account Executive – Growth to join the Sales team at Zoī. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll design and lead our go-to-market approach for high-value accounts. You’ll engage with clients to deeply understand their health and wellness challenges and position Zoī as a strategic health partner—helping companies not only improve the preventive care and well-being of their employees but also positively impact the organization as a whole. Prospecting & Evangelizing: Identify and engage high-potential clients through events, industry networking, and thought leadership initiatives to educate on Zoī’s mission and establish trust as a strategic health partner focused on preventive care. Consultative Selling: Own the full sales cycle—from outreach and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and closing—positioning Zoī as a trusted partner addressing client-specific preventive health and wellness goals. Account Growth: Build long-term partnerships to support renewals, upsells, and deeper strategic collaboration. Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and medical teams to identify the most impactful ways Zoī can improve employee health and well-being, helping companies boost productivity, engagement, and overall business performance Thought Leadership & Innovation: Share best practices with the Sales team, take calculated risks, and propose innovative approaches to help Zoī disrupt the preventive healthcare market. What We’re Looking For Proven Experience: At least 3 years as an Account Executive, ideally in B2B or B2B2C environments. Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and generate measurable results, not just activity. Go-to-Market Impact: Experience contributing to or shaping go-to-market strategies, identifying growth levers, and executing initiatives that drive revenue. Full Sales Cycle Expertise: Comfortable managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Resilience & Agility: Thrives in fast-changing environments, embraces challenges, and can navigate complex organizational structures. Cross-Functional Influence: Works effectively with marketing, product, operations, and medical teams to drive outcomes. Fluency: English and French mandatory.
