Superdigital is looking for an Account Director who acts as the lead between the agency’s clients and internal teams, driving the work to its strongest potential while delivering white glove service to our clients. ABOUT THE ROLE
- Develop high value relationships with clients, cultivate trust and confidence and enrich Superdigital’s value with our partners
- Oversee many components of a retainer relationship, inclusive of multiple clients and cross-functional teams with many active projects at once
- Lead development of presentations and major client reviews/meetings such as but not limited to annual planning, quarterly strategic business reviews, platform strategies, cross-brand POVs and social/digital thought leadership
- Manage all finances and budgets associated with the account, inclusive of writing SOW/proposals, staff planning, burn analysis and forecasting
- Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities and leading proposal development
- Take responsibility for motivation and management of junior account team members
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of account management experience in a creative agency
- Experience leading both integrated marketing programs, as well as social-first projects (primarily TikTok, YouTube and/or IG), inclusive of creator, community and content related projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving consensus, and creating clarity when next steps are not immediately evident
- Multitasker who analyzes opportunities, defines successful approaches, and proactively implements them
- Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a remote team
- Entrepreneurial spirit who’s hungry to learn and evolve in a small agency environment
