Working Hours

• Monday – Friday (including bank holidays)

• 08:00 – 17:00 (Portuguese time)

• Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,100 gross / month (14 months)

• Complexity Bonus: €150 / month (12 months)
  

Requirements

• German: Fluent / native level

• English: Good working proficiency

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working fully on-site

• Availability for a 6-month contract
