Job Description Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Winter 2026 Student placement with a start date of January 2026 and end date of April 2026. In this role, you will provide support to the National Operating Office (NOO) under the Strategy & Business Performance team in the planning, organizing, and implementing transformation and strategic project within the Transaction Banking. Projects will include but are not limited to: employee development and performance, engagement, and communication, business management, risk and controls, business strategy execution and operating plans. The role will enable Transaction Banking’s business strategy, by supporting and executing the TB communications plan, developing content for the TB senior leadership team, planning and coordinating events, and implementing process improvement initiatives. This role will partner closely with key stakeholders across Transaction Banking, Commercial Banking and Functions, to deliver high priority transformation initiatives, aligned to Transaction Banking strategy. What will you do? Works closely with the Employee Performance & Communication, Business Enablement & Optimization, and Transformation teams across TB as well as CB partners and Enterprise teams to support key projects and in alignment with partner/ organizational strategies Assists in monitoring the productivity and performance of projects, manages deadlines and completion of project goals, and providing regular progress reports for stakeholders Maintains a strategic, agile, and transformation mindset with a project management mindset. Support the research, facilitation, creation and communication of the multi-business and transformation strategy for TB Participates in the development and maintenance of action plans for efficiencies, improvements, and streamlining opportunities Draw insights from reporting to drive deeper understanding more effective story-telling What do you need to succeed? Must-have Strong computer literacy with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) [optional: SharePoint & Connect] Personable and professional when co-operating with associates, and other members of the team.
