Job Description Please note: This posting is for a 8-month Winter 2026 Student placement with a start date of January 2026 and end date of August 2026. The Regulatory Strategy & Delivery team within Personal & Commercial Banking is seeking an Analyst to support the team in Toronto, and to support team initiatives across Canada. The Analyst will support the team in the preparation and delivery of business requirements, presentations, research materials, proposals, data models, and documentation. The Regulatory Strategy & Delivery team is a strategically important business unit that is accountable to deliver the changes required to satisfy and maintain regulatory obligations for material compliance in a way which drives efficiencies, maximizes reuse, and delivers strategic solutions on behalf of Canadian Banking. This position is ideally suited for a candidate seeking retail banking, compliance, and/or client data experience. What will you do? Part of the Regulatory Strategy & Delivery team, supporting a team based in Toronto and other offices you will: Work with business partners to define, develop, and document detailed business requirements. Lead/participate in the design, implementation and management of new analytics & reporting solutions. Design and produce regular ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Break down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhance analysis and/or streamline reporting. Contribute to the articulation of results/ conclusions/ memos of regulatory activities and communicate to key stakeholders across P&CB. Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Contribute to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision. Document processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals. Develop product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Working towards an undergraduate degree in process with a focus in Business, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative fields Strong computer literacy with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel presentation skills Ability to use research tools to extract relevant background material for business development and transaction support Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment under time constraints Nice-to-have Prior experience in financial services and ability to manage complex concepts Knowledge of and interest in communications and project management Knowledge of and interest in regulation and compliance What’s in it for you?
