The RBC Capital Markets Advisory Program is a selective, industry-leading multi-month early insight and professional development program for outstanding undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in finance. In Canada, the program explores Capital Markets careers with our award-winning businesses in Banking (including Corporate Banking/Global Credit and Investment Banking) and Global Markets (including Equities, Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities, and Global Research), as well as Sustainable Finance. You are able to join us for a 2026 co-op/internship during the Winter (Jan-April), Summer (May-August), and/or Fall (September-December) work terms Application Deadline: October 3, 2025, 11:59pm ET Application Review & Selection Process Timeline: Following the application deadline, applications will be reviewed by a team of RBC Capital Markets colleagues Select, eligible students will advance to a program interview with a member of the business; following which successful candidates will be invited to join the program Program specifics including a timeline of Fall events will be provided to all program participants* Participants will be put on one of two business tracks.
