Work Experience Officer Application Deadline: 23 December 2025 Department: Cadbury Student Services Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Cadbury College Compensation: £24,408 - £28,278 / month Description Sandwell College is seeking a proactive and highly organised Work Experience Officer to play a vital role in delivering the College’s employability strategy. You will ensure that all learners have access to high-quality work experience, volunteering and enterprise opportunities that support their personal development and prepare them for successful futures. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with curriculum teams, employers, and external partners to create meaningful work experience pathways for students across the College.
