Key Responsibilities Daily Reporting: Prepare and share accurate reports with site management and commercial teams. Site Inductions: Welcome first-time drivers and guide them through safety protocols. Emergency Response: Act as the key contact during on-site emergencies, following escalation procedures. Data Entry: Maintain precise records in the Weightron system and ensure timely reporting. Traffic Management: Coordinate vehicle movements for safe and efficient operations. Compliance: Identify and report non-conformances promptly. Communication: Liaise with internal teams and visitors, using two-way radios when required. Weighbridge Monitoring: Check equipment is functioning correctly and within tolerance. Documentation Checks: Verify delivery paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
