Job Title: Weekend Housekeeper Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour Location: Liberty House, Luton, Bedfordshire Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 09:30am - 13:30pm Do you take pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment? You’ll play a key role in ensuring our centre is clean, safe, and comfortable for our residents, helping them feel at home as they focus on their wellbeing. Company pension scheme Free on-site parking Blue Light Card – discounts at thousands of retailers BUPA wellness programme Employee of the Month (£100 voucher) Staff appreciation days and awards What You’ll Do Keep our centre spotless – cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, and preparing rooms for new residents Sort laundry and ensure linens and towels are fresh and ready Follow daily cleaning schedules and use products safely Wear PPE and follow all health & safety and infection control guidelines Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff What We’re Looking For Essential: Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work Able to work both independently and as part of a team Friendly, approachable, and a good communicator Organised, reliable, and self-motivated Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities Open to completing any necessary training Desirable: Previous housekeeping or laundry experience Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) Food hygiene or cleaning-related qualifications Why join Liberty House?
