We’re excited to have opened our newly launched Harbourside Café in the beautiful Hill Head area and we’re looking for a passionate Cook or Catering Student to join our friendly weekend team. If you love fresh food, friendly faces, and sea views, this is your chance to be part of something new and special. You’ll help us bring a warm, welcoming atmosphere to the café while keeping our kitchen running like clockwork. What You’ll Be Doing: -Opening and closing the kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards. -Monitoring and recording stock levels. -Baking and preparing items such as: Sausage rolls, scones, and other baked treats for freezing. -Making fresh daily items including: Sandwiches, baguettes, Rocky Road, cookies, flapjacks, and tray bakes. -Monitoring and recording stock levels What We’re Looking For -Someone with catering / baking experience or studying towards a catering qualification. -A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude. -Someone who takes pride in their work and loves creating great food. -Reliable, organised, and confident in maintaining kitchen standards.
