Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced TIBCO professional to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x, EMS, TEA, HAWK, ActiveSpaces, and relational databases like Oracle/SQL. The role involves development, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of middleware applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with TIBCO BW 6.x, EMS, TEA, HAWK, and ActiveSpaces. Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST Web Services, XML, JSON, and XSD. Proficiency in Oracle/SQL for database operations and performance tuning. Familiarity with Java, JMS, and scripting for custom activities. Experience with GIT, SVN, and CI/CD practices. Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Experience with API Management, Microservices, or Cloud Integration. Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Key Responsibilities: Support & Maintenance (70%): Provide L2/L3 support for TIBCO applications and middleware components. Monitor system health using TEA and HAWK dashboards; proactively address alerts. Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and ensure minimal downtime. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Manage EMS queues and topics, ensuring message reliability and performance. Perform database health checks and optimize SQL queries for better performance. Apply patches and upgrades for TIBCO components and related infrastructure. Conduct performance tuning for BW processes, EMS, and ActiveSpaces. Maintain incident and problem management documentation in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and change management. Ensure 24x7 support coverage through on-call rotation when required. Implement disaster recovery and failover procedures for critical TIBCO services. Validate post-deployment functionality and perform smoke testing in production. Track and report SLAs and KPIs for support activities. Development & Integration (30%): Design and implement integration workflows using TIBCO BW 6.x. Develop and manage messaging solutions with TIBCO EMS. Configure and administer TIBCO TEA and HAWK for monitoring and alerts. Implement TIBCO ActiveSpaces for distributed in-memory data grid solutions. Build and consume SOAP and RESTful Web Services. Work with XML, XSD, XPath, and JSON for data transformation. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions with Oracle/SQL. Deployment & Configuration: Manage deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod). Optimize TIBCO components for high availability and scalability. Version Control & CI/CD: Use GIT and SVN for source code management. Integrate with Jenkins or other CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical documentation for integrations and support processes. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
