Lead our warehouse operations and make a real impact on our customer’s supply chain. As Warehouse Supervisor at DSV in Oevel, you’ll oversee daily operations at our dedicated site for Estée Lauder. Working in alternating shifts (early: 6:00–14:06 / late: 14:00–22:06), you’ll be the driving force behind team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and coordinate your team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations;
• Plan staffing and resources to meet daily operational targets;
• Act as the go-to person for operational issues and resolve them proactively;
• Monitor and adjust work instructions to maintain quality and compliance;
• Conduct evaluations, support recruitment, and onboard new team members;
• Collaborate with your team to optimize processes based on volumes and customer needs;
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives and lead key projects.

You bring

• You have several years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor;
• You have a proven track record in leading improvement and optimization projects;
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English;
• You are proficient in Excel and MS Office for reporting and analysis;
• You are flexible to work in two alternating shifts (6:00–14:06 and 14:00–22:06);
• You have experience with WMS or SAP (a strong plus);
• You are a strong people manager who coaches and motivates teams effectively;
• You are proactive, hands-on, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
