As a Warehouse Colleague at Hyperion Robotics, you ensure operational continuity, safety excellence, and facility reliability across our manufacturing site. You are the guardian of our physical operations infrastructure—creating a safe, organized, and compliant environment that enables production teams to perform at their best and supports the company’s growth. Your work directly impacts safety, efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance. From managing material flow to maintaining safety standards, you help turn advanced manufacturing into a reliable daily operation. Your responsibilities: Facility Operations & Maintenance Maintain warehouse and facility operations in line with company policies, safety standards, and UK regulatory requirements Plan and optimize facility and warehouse space to support efficient production and future scalability Coordinate preventive maintenance activities for facility systems and production equipment Manage relationships with property owners, utility providers, cleaning services, and maintenance contractors Oversee waste management processes (concrete, recycling, bio, and general waste), ensuring environmental compliance Warehouse & Inventory Support Execute receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations accurately and efficiently Support inventory accuracy through systematic stock control and cycle counting Reconcile physical inventory with digital inventory management systems Apply 6S methodology to optimize warehouse layout, storage, and visual management Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and transport partners Health & Safety Leadership Maintain high health and safety standards with a clear goal of zero workplace incidents Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits across warehouse and manufacturing areas Report, document, and support investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses Deliver Toolbox Talks and safety briefings, adapting content based on operational trends Ensure compliance with UK occupational health and safety legislation Maintain safety training records and certification compliance for all staff Budget & Performance Management Prepare and manage monthly facility operations budgets with a focus on raw material cost control Track and report facility KPIs related to safety, efficiency, and cost performance Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining operational excellence Support factory control and certification requirements through facility compliance Skills and Experience: Professional qualification or training in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, transport, or business administration preferred 2+ years’ experience in a Warehouse, Facility, or Operations support role Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and inventory best practices Health & safety experience, including inspections, incident reporting, and compliance Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Exposure to budget tracking or cost-optimization activities Required certifications: Health & Safety Manual Handling Training Fire Safety Training First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work Health & Safety Awareness (IOSH Working Safely or equivalent) Equipment Operation Forklift Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, or NPORS accredited) Manual Pallet Truck Training Electric Pallet Truck / PPT Training What we offer: Working in a friendly and international team of driven people on a the mission to transform the construction industry Opportunities to contribute in different areas and grow your skills Occupational healthcare Competitive salary rate Holidays, 25 days plus statutory days (33 days total) A fully comprehensive training package; 2-3 weeks, expenses paid, located in Finland Pension scheme after a qualifying period If you are excited about this opportunity, send your CV and motivation letter (in English) through our job portal.
