Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday As a Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will manage customer delivery projects from start to finish, working with multiple stakeholders and customers daily. You will make decisions that balance the needs of our customers, business, and people. You will join an Agile Scrum, managing incoming workload with your peers and the wider function. You will also contribute to a positive and productive culture, support the team in delivering acquisition and renewal projects, provide insights for new product developments, and drive continuous improvement to ensure the best onboarding experience. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, handling risk management, and managing customer and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery process. Experience working as part of an Agile Scrum. Experience managing customer relationships. Delivery and/or change management experience. Experience in stakeholder management, preferable with business customers. Experience onboarding mobile and or UC Fixed customers. Mobile/UC/Fixed customer care/technical support experience Project and Change management Experience is desirable.
