Vice President, Client Success

Ideally bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Education/Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. A number of years total work experience, including prior systems-based training in Financial Services; solid knowledge of training theories and practices. Hands on proficiency with technical systems; ability to quickly learn Pershing workflows and translate complex functions into clear, client friendly training. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with excellent written language skills; confident communicator with a sales and consultative driven approach. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset; comfortable supporting live/post live activities and traveling within the UK and internationally as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Teams. Familiarity with Portfolio Management system would be beneficial
