Description

We are looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will work on multiple projects alongside product owners, business analysts, and development teams, ensuring that our solutions are consistent, usable, and impactful.

You will be responsible for end-to-end design work, from receiving requirements from business analysts to conducting research, creating flow diagrams, low-fidelity wireframes, idea validation, high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, handover to the development team, user testing, and measuring the success of the implemented solution. Throughout the process, you will continuously inform stakeholders and collaborators about the project’s status.

Responsibilities
  • Design effective user experiences based on research and data.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs with great attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to align solutions with user needs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across company products.

  • Apply and contribute to our design system to maintain consistency across different products.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and make data-driven decisions.

  • Adapt to environments where information may not be fully available, proactively investigating and asking the right questions to move forward.

  • Document designs and decisions made throughout the process.

  • Ensure designs are technically feasible and manage a smooth handover to developers, addressing any potential questions.

  • Review implemented designs and document and communicate possible inconsistencies.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Design and User Experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience working in UX design teams.

  • Portfolio demonstrating experience in research, interface design, and problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in Figma.

  • Experience with analytics and testing tools.

  • Experience working with design systems.

  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across different disciplines.

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple projects.

  • High level of English communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the insurance or financial sector.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and digital product optimization.

  • Basic knowledge of the most popular current technologies.
